I have a bizarre fascination with color. A lot of you already know that I like things that are bright or unique, but beyond that I love the idea of color. Colors always surprise me! Whether I am cutting up a grapefruit or mixing ink in my studio, I am amazed by the pure and vibrant colors that seem to find me. If you have ever tried to make the same color twice, you understand that it is extremely difficult. Color has become a way that I connect with my Creator. He not only mixes colors, he creates them! It sounds crazy that I interact with God through a delightful experience of eating fruit or painting a canvas, but I am so aware of His magnificene and wonder as I discover some of the most pure colors I have ever seen.
