I did not actually take this picture, but I was inspired by all of the traveling that I did over Thanksgiving. Every year many of the trees along the highway between Austin and San Antonio are decorated for Christmas. It seems that they grow and grow in number and that the decorations are becoming more extravagant. These small trees are just a gentle reminder of the pure joy of the season and the way we prepare for the coming of our Savior. Thanksgiving was a wonderful time to relax with family and enjoy some delicous food and conversation. It's always great to feel like we are a part of something special and I am so thankful for the great mix of people in my life.Thursday, November 25, 2010
